• Responsible for growth indicators, especially proficient in designing user growth activities. • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, newsletters, and triggered messages. • Good at data analysis, able to quickly establish an effective data analysis framework, monitor and analyze user growth data, evaluate the effect of strategies, and drive business growth through data • Focus on refined channel operation, build channel/user layered incentive system and life cycle management mechanism, design differentiated operation strategy, and drive platform user growth • Build, manage and optimize paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter, and etc. • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and scale campaigns effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. • Coordinate online/offline lead generation and customer-acquisition activities such as events, business partnerships, networking, promotions • Help gather and analyze competitor insights, trends, and data • Spot trends and apply ideas to crypto/blockchain.
• Bilingual English/Vietnamese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. • 3+ years of working experiences with integrated marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of branding, performance marketing and analytics. • Proven track record of driving successful paid social campaigns with measurable ROI. • Experience working in agency or in-house digital marketing teams preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and collaborate with team members. • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with graphic editor software such as figma or photoshop • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, and data visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics, campaign management platforms, ad tech tools • User-focused and product-driven mindset. • Familiar with Blockchain technology or the fin-tech sector is a plus. • Strong attention to KPIs and deadlines.
