📋 Description

• Support vendor onboarding, including vendor creation, vendor due diligence review, documentation, and regular compliance checks. • Assist with daily procurement operations across indirect categories such as professional services, marketing, HR, and legal. • Manage the vendor lifecycle, including RFP/RFQ processes, vendor selection, assessment, and ongoing performance reviews. • Lead vendor negotiations covering price, quantity, delivery plans, SLAs, and contract signing follow-up. • Assist with knowledge sharing and training initiatives to strengthen procurement awareness and compliance. • Contribute to process optimization to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance. • Support data analysis, invoice validation, process initiation, and procurement documentation tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin. • Minimum of 5-8 year hands-on experience in indirect procurement; additional exposure to Compliance, Marketing, Technology, or Professional Services is a plus. • Understanding of contract terms, process, and cost management. • In-depth knowledge of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and Vendor Assessment procedures. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Strong communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment. • Strong negotiation skills and market sensitivity. • Candidates with backgrounds in FinTech, Financial Services, or consulting firms are highly encouraged to apply.
