📋 Description

• Design communication product experiences, including interaction flows, user journeys, and detailed interface behaviors • Translate product requirements and business goals into intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and other designers to define and deliver product solutions • Contribute to UX thinking and UI execution, depending on team needs • Optimize end-to-end user journeys and improve usability through iteration, feedback, and data-informed design decisions • Help define patterns, components, and best practices for communication-related product experiences • Support design consistency across features while balancing speed, quality, and business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interaction design skills, including designing clear flows, states, and behaviors for complex product scenarios • Solid understanding of user journey design, information architecture, and usability principles • Ability to handle both UX strategy and UI execution • Experience designing for mobile and/or web products • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative product environment
