📋 Description

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to convert business requirements into services with solid code and meaningful tests • Proactively initiate performance tuning and troubleshoot incidents • Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation • Write high-quality code, follow best practices, and advocate for engineering excellence • Collaborate across engineering teams and mentor junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the full lifecycle of Java and/or Python application development • Strong grasp of software design, architecture, and system integration • Solid knowledge of event processing, multi-threading, enterprise integration patterns, and REST/web services • Hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot, MyBatis, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and cloud-native deployment • Experience building high-availability, high-throughput, low-latency systems • Practical experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar in production workflows • Fluency in English for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
