📋 Description

• Advise on a variety of regulatory issues, including licensing and other matters pivotal to the company's growth across the region and globally • Draft and review strategic plans and submissions to regulatory authorities and respond to regulatory enquiries • Help shape the long-term regulatory strategy for the region • Develop and manage the APAC legal and compliance programme and ongoing regulatory strategy • Anticipate and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws relevant to substantive area to provide strategic advice and foster compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Admitted to practice in one or more relevant jurisdictions; candidates from other common law jurisdictions will also be considered • 5–8 years of post-qualification experience • Prior in-house experience at crypto exchanges or fintech companies is highly preferred • The role will primarily involve non-contentious work; candidates with a background in contentious and disputes are also welcome to apply
