📋 Description
• Monitor and assess key risk areas within spot/derivatives, looking into unusual trading patterns to prevent manipulative trades • Conduct daily monitoring, review, and analysis of alerts; ensure timely and appropriate resolution of incidents or risk events. • Prepare and deliver accurate risk reports and findings to supervisors in a timely manner. • Implement and maintain risk policies and procedures in alignment with organizational strategy and evolving market conditions to prevent, mitigate, and eliminate risks. • Identify and investigate fraudulent activity - including large position exposures, market irregularities, and other emerging risks from macroeconomic factors • Provide risk analysis and investigative support by conducting tests on risk strategies and incident cases as required.
🎯 Requirements
• You’re curious and passionate about Cryptocurrency/Trading • Able to commit to shift work (Including some weekends) on a 5 day work week basis ensuring 24/7 coverage within the team • Prior experience in risk management, preferably within the financial industry • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and work effectively in remote settings.
