📋 Description
• Support reporting and monitoring of metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) at the divisional levels • Continuously monitor cases and reports to identify trends, track risk anomalies, and escalate key findings to management • Support case analysis and risk investigations by assisting with user reports and risk signals, identifying key risk characteristics, and improving risk strategies for high-risk and organized case • Assist in optimizing AI tools and workflows to enhance risk operations, process automation, automated alerting, and cross-functional project tracking
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences • Basic understanding of the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry, with an interest in risk control and anti-fraud • Strong interest in AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), familiarity with basic prompt usage or automation tools is a plus • Strong logical reasoning skills, with the ability to make independent judgments based on research • Good cross-functional communication and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple task queues with a sense of urgency • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies • Knowledge or experience with SQL/Datawind is a plus
