📋 Description

• Define and own the strategy and roadmap for the unified remote workspace covering collaboration, productivity tools, identity, and zero-trust access • Integrate AI capabilities into the workspace securely and with strong data protection • Set organizational OKRs and report progress, risks, and security posture to senior leadership • Own the enterprise collaboration platform, including instant messaging, meetings, calendar, and desktop/mobile clients • Lead the productivity tool suite and integrate AI features such as summarization and meeting transcription • Build and grow open platforms and APIs for internal teams, partners, and bots • Own a global zero-trust access platform for employees, services, and AI agents • Evolve SSO and IAM toward service identity, fine-grained authorization, and internal network segmentation • Securely enable enterprise AI agents and assistants through agent identity, delegated authorization, and human-in-the-loop controls • Ensure security by default, including endpoint/mobile DLP, credential protection, auditing, and data isolation • Oversee offensive security, vulnerability management, and incident response • Build engineering, product, and support leadership; develop technical owners • Evolve the organization toward use-case-based dynamic project teams • Drive AI adoption and modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development • Recruit, mentor, and retain talent; establish evaluation standards and career paths

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of software or security engineering experience • 5+ years leading multi-team organizations as a manager of managers • Proven track record building and operating large-scale platforms in enterprise collaboration and communication, identity and access management, or zero-trust networking • Deep security expertise in zero-trust architecture, IAM and OAuth-based authorization, secrets management, encryption, offensive security, vulnerability management, and incident response • Understanding of AI's impact on enterprise workspaces and security implications of AI assistants and agents • Strong technical depth across backend services, clients, and networking • Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python • Experience leading distributed, fully remote teams across time zones • Excellent communication skills with executives, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders • Preferred: Experience building enterprise products for internal teams and external partners • Preferred: Background in real-time communication, such as audio/video or end-to-end encrypted messaging • Preferred: Experience building open platforms or developer ecosystems
