📋 Description

• Work across all aspects of data, including engineering, sophisticated visualisations, machine learning models, and experiments, in support of the Trading business • Analyze and interpret PB-scale transactional, operational, and customer data using proprietary and open-source data tools, platforms, and analytical toolkits • Translate complex findings into simple visualisations and recommendations for trading teams, operational teams, and executives • Partner with trading, operations, and product teams to turn large-scale data into insights driving fast, high-stakes decisions • Operate in a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences • At least 3 years of full-time work experience in an Analytics or Data Science role • Rich trading/financial derivatives experience (hard requirement) • Curiosity to identify, investigate, and explain trends and patterns in data • Ability to break down complex concepts and technical findings into clear, simple language • Prior internal/client-facing consulting or business transformation experience preferred • Passion for emerging technologies related to Blockchain, Machine Learning, and AI • Competency in two or more of: analytical software such as R or SAS; data visualisation tools such as QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI; relational or graph database management tools such as SQL, NoSQL, or Neo4J; programming such as VBA, C++, Java, or Python
