📋 Description

• Own the contract execution and filing process end to end, ensuring contracts are issued, recorded, and easy to retrieve • Oversee payment requests and invoice review, resolve billing issues with Finance, and support budget tracking and forecasting • Manage vendor onboarding, renewals, rate-card administration, and compliance with External Legal Counsel Guidelines • Manage relationships with matter management and e-signature platform vendors • Oversee platform integrations and configurations, including approval workflows • Help colleagues use legal operations tools effectively • Identify manual processes, design efficient workflows, and drive automation through delivery • Keep process documentation up to date • Collaborate across Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering • Report to the Head of Legal Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in legal operations or a related role (e.g. legal finance, contract management, in-house legal support) • Experience designing processes that handle high volumes of payment requests and documentation accurately • Confident working with large datasets and spreadsheets • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders • Sound judgement with confidential material • Comfortable making decisions and escalating only what needs escalating • Experience administering or implementing a matter management, contract management or e-billing platform • Scripting skills, or experience working with engineers on automation (e.g. Python, APIs, low-code tools) • Project or change management experience • Experience in a regulated industry, ideally fintech or crypto
