📋 Description

• Own day-to-day Greenhouse and recruiting systems operations, including job setup, workflows, permissions, templates, and data maintenance • Maintain recruiting data accuracy, integrity, and reporting quality through regular audits and data management • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate recruiting processes • Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards, providing insights into hiring activity, pipeline health, and operational performance • Partner with Recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive system/process improvements • Independently drive selected recruiting operations projects from scoping through implementation • Lead initiatives that improve systems, processes, and recruiter experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, Recruiting Systems, or a related field • Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse or another leading ATS • Experience with recruiting data, reporting, workflow optimization, and process improvement • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives to completion • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and partner effectively across teams
