📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, process coordination, and offer negotiation • Primarily support hiring needs across Business / Commercial BUs • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and recruitment advice • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding • Drive hiring process improvements and contribute to recruitment-related projects and initiatives • Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data and documentation • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including market mapping, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach • Support hiring plans with a strategic and consultative approach, ensuring timely delivery against business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally gained in top-tier Internet companies, Fintech companies, Financial Services firms, Web2 companies, or leading recruitment agencies • Proven experience hiring for Business / Commercial functions • Experience recruiting within Fintech, Financial Services, or Web2 industries is highly preferred • Experience in Web3 / Crypto hiring is a plus • Fluency in English is required to collaborate effectively with overseas stakeholders and partners; additional languages are a plus • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques • Experience in market mapping across regional or global markets • Demonstrated track record of delivering against ambitious hiring targets • Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Able to work independently with a high level of ownership • Positive attitude toward the crypto industry
