📋 Description

• Proactively acquire and onboard new VIP and institutional customers across several regions, owning sales targets and pipeline • Build trust and long-term relationships with global VIP and institutional clients • Identify and qualify high-potential prospects, including HNWIs, professional traders, family offices, asset managers, hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms • Maintain consistent customer communication and track status, activity, and progress throughout the client lifecycle • Collaborate with internal departments to provide optimal solutions and high service levels to key customers • Develop client acquisition strategies using data-driven insights, market intelligence, experimentation, and experience • Research assigned markets, identify emerging opportunities, and develop creative approaches to high-value prospects • Leverage AI tools across prospect research, lead generation, qualification, outreach, personalization, CRM management, data analysis, reporting, and follow-up • Implement AI-driven approaches to sales, marketing, research, and administrative workflows • Experiment with technologies, tools, and workflows to improve prospecting efficiency, client engagement, conversion rates, and commercial performance • Collaborate across departments and teams, adapting communication and client strategies to different cultures and business environments

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, finance, business development, or a related field • Strong proactive hunter mindset, with the ability to identify, engage, qualify, and build relationships with high-potential prospects • Understanding of sales roles, sales targets, pipelines, and performance metrics • Experience at an online brokerage, financial institution, fintech, crypto company, wealth management firm, or other financial-services business is highly desirable • Fluency in English is required • Additional languages would be an advantage • Willingness to take on ambitious targets and deliver measurable results • Ability to receive feedback constructively, learn quickly, and adapt based on results and guidance • Strong communication, client-management, relationship-building, and commercial-awareness skills • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Foundational understanding of financial markets through professional experience or education • Experience acquiring, managing, or servicing HNWIs, professional traders, or institutional clients is highly desirable • Ability and willingness to use AI tools is an absolute requirement
