📋 Description

• Proactively acquire and onboard new customers while owning an individual target • Build trust and develop strong relationships with global institutional and VIP clients • Maintain valuable customer communication, understand client needs, and track status and progress • Collaborate with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions • Brainstorm new client acquisition methods using data-driven insights and learnings from experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or finance • Strong proactive headhunter mindset with the ability to identify, engage, and build relationships with high-potential prospects • Understanding of sales roles and sales targets • Prior sales experience • Experience at an online brokerage firm or financial institution is highly desirable • Willingness to take on targets from day one and deliver results • Ability to receive feedback constructively and adapt your approach when guided • Strong communication skills • Client management ability • Excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills • Ability to work under pressure
