• Gestionar entre 6 y 8 cuentas activas de manera simultánea • Crear, optimizar y escalar campañas en Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Demand Gen, PMax), Meta Ads, LinkedIn y otras plataformas • Monitorear diariamente KPIs, presupuestos y rendimiento de anuncios • Manejar cuentas del sector financiero (cooperativas, B2B) comprendiendo sus restricciones publicitarias • Ajustar presupuestos según performance y objetivos del cliente • Elaborar reportes y presentar resultados a clientes • Proponer mejoras, nuevas oportunidades y estrategias de crecimiento • Participar en reuniones diarias de alineación y reuniones semanales de seguimiento
• +3 años de experiencia en Paid Media • Experiencia comprobable gestionando cuentas B2B y/o instituciones financieras • Manejo avanzado de Google Ads y Meta Ads • Experiencia con presupuestos variables (desde pequeños hasta grandes) • Capacidad de interpretar métricas y optimizar campañas basadas en datos • Perfil autónomo, proactivo y orientado a resultados • Habilidad para comunicarse directamente con clientes y explicar resultados • Experiencia con herramientas de reporting (idealmente Reporte o similares) • Experiencia en TikTok Ads o Spotify Ads (Deseable)
