📋 Description

• Strategic leadership & governance: Lead and develop a global, cross-functional organization. • QMS design & process development: Responsible for the design, implementation and optimization of a quality management system. • Digital transformation & system architecture: Ensure a future-proof system architecture and the selection of state-of-the-art eQMS solutions. • Data integrity & compliance: Responsible for data integrity governance and CSV strategy. • Stakeholder management & company culture: Promote cross-departmental collaboration and a quality-driven culture through training programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a natural science (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, etc.) • More than 10 years of professional experience within complex, global structures of a ‘Big Pharma’ company • Over 10 years of experience in disciplinary and functional leadership of large, internationally distributed teams • Deep understanding of QMS design and eQMS platforms (e.g., Veeva, TrackWise or similar) • Fluent command of German and English, both written and spoken
