📋 Description

• Nurturing and supporting existing business across Spain and Southern Europe for the Bio-Techne portfolio • Responsible for customer follow-up, quote and order support, account coordination, and customer engagement • Participation in selected customer visits, seminars, and account development activities in Spain • Support sales orders, quote processing, customer follow-up and CRM/database activities • Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via various channels • Work closely with Customer Service, Technical Support, Account Managers and Field Application Specialists • Support bespoke commercial projects to drive revenue and improve customer experience • Participate in customer visits, local activities, and coordinate local engagement around key accounts • Support customer interest around RNAscope and related workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and fluent English • Based in Spain, or able to travel regularly within Spain • Experience in customer care, sales support, inside sales, commercial support or a customer-facing commercial environment • Demonstrable ability to work in a target-driven and commercially focused environment • Strong communication skills and confidence in customer interaction, both remotely and face-to-face • Good IT skills, including experience with CRM/database systems, Outlook, Excel and Word • Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up accurately and work to deadlines • Ability to work independently while staying closely connected to the wider commercial team • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline preferred • Scientific background in biology, molecular biology, pathology, immunology, oncology, neuroscience or a related life science field is an advantage • MSc, PhD or previous research experience is beneficial but not required • Experience with academic, biotech, pharma, CRO, pathology or core facility customers is an advantage • Awareness of RNAscope, in situ hybridization, IHC, spatial biology, transcriptomics, imaging or tissue-based research workflows is highly desirable • Previous experience in a hybrid commercial/customer-facing role would be beneficial
