• Define the strategy and activities of the Product Marketing team, including its budget, activities, timelines and results. • Define and ensure execution of the Annual Marketing Strategy and Tactical Plan. • Manage a team composed by Product and Applications Marketing and Channel Marketing team members, located at Newark, California and Tolochenaz Switzerland. • Support the Commercial Team and the Sales funnel by establishing opportunity generation targets and other KPIs • Lead, supervise and review the Product Marketing activities, including the creation of collateral needed for product promotion and educational activities • Regularly monitor Commercial activities and ensure swift response to the needs and requests of the Commercial Team • Lead, supervise and review the Applications Marketing activities • Ensure the development of scientific marketing collateral • Lead, supervise and review Channel Marketing activities
• Master degree in Life Sciences or related field, or Degree in Marketing with an excellent level of scientific understanding • At least 10 years of experience in a Life Sciences Marketing role • A good understanding of ISH, IHC/IF, spatial biology, single-cell or histopathology applications in research markets • Thorough experience launching and selling products in the academic, biopharma and CRO market segments • At least 5 years of personnel management experience in an equivalent role, having managed mid-sized teams (5-10 people) • Fluent in English, oral and written
