📋 Description

• Conduct detailed customer discovery to uncover needs, drivers, dependencies, and challenges • Deliver presentations, customized demonstrations, working sessions, and scoping meetings to technically qualify deals • Collaborate with customer solution architects to design and document solutions with customer buy-in • Guide customers on integrating BioCatch into decision-making processes • Scope and document technical solutions and project plans • Coordinate with internal teams to validate technical and commercial feasibility • Secure commitments from customer technical staff to meet technical closing requirements • Define proofs of concept with success criteria and guide delivery teams toward objectives • Contribute strategic insights to business case development • Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs • Coordinate with customer InfoSec and BioCatch technical teams on security questionnaires • Provide thought leadership, business expertise, and guidance to internal and external customers • Attend conferences for speaking engagements, profile building, lead generation, and personal branding • Monitor fraud and financial crime methods, industry trends, regulations, and countermeasures • Maintain market awareness and contribute to competitor intelligence • Build trusted-advisor relationships with clients on fraud and financial crime risk solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English • Must currently reside in Germany and have necessary permits to work • 5 years of pre-sales consulting experience in the fraud, financial crime or related technology space working with top-tier banks, or 5+ years’ experience working at a senior level in a fraud management position at a large bank • Passion for innovative technology and an entrepreneurial attitude • Preferred experience in enterprise architectures and AI solutions • Deep understanding of fraud prevention, AML and financial crime landscape • General understanding of security frameworks • Technical awareness including Linux, cloud computing (Azure, AWS), CSV, XML, JSON, database technologies and storage, API integrations, HTML, JavaScript, SDKs, and SPA development • Basic understanding of analytical techniques and constraints of statistical modeling and Machine Learning algorithms • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills and ability to create custom market-facing presentations • Highly proficient analytical and problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel 25%-60% of the time within the DACH region
