âą Support Clinical Project Managers with day-to-day project administration across imaging studies and programs âą Develop and maintain project documentation, study materials, presentations, reports, and project records âą Participate in project meetings, sponsor calls, training sessions, and cross-functional discussions âą Review and interpret study protocols to understand project requirements, timelines, and imaging deliverables âą Serve as a liaison between internal teams to ensure timely completion of study milestones and project deliverables âą Support project startup, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities throughout the study lifecycle âą Assist with project financial activities, including scope change documentation updates, invoice reconciliation follow-up, and forecasting reports âą Monitor internal workflows and data flow activities to support timely completion of operational tasks âą Communicate professionally with clients, sponsors, sites, and internal stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables âą Verify imaging protocol requirements are met and ensure study queries are appropriately identified and escalated âą Create, review, and distribute project reports for internal and external stakeholders âą Follow up on outstanding items, including missing data, incomplete documentation, site queries, and project action items âą Support issue tracking and resolution by partnering with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional teams âą Assist with the management, distribution, and tracking of site-facing materials and logistics activities âą Serve as an acting Project Manager when required and support continuity of project operations âą Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness âą Perform project activities in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, FDA requirements, and company procedures
âą Associate's degree required âą Bachelor's degree preferred âą Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, clinical research, healthcare, or a related industry preferred âą Experience supporting project teams, clinical operations, study management, or customer-facing activities is desirable âą Understanding of clinical trial processes, medical imaging studies, or clinical research environments preferred âą Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams âą Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills âą Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English âą Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy âą Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global cross-functional teams âą Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs and timelines âą Proactive, pragmatic, and goal-oriented approach to problem solving and project execution âą Professional, customer-focused mindset with the ability to build productive relationships with sponsors, sites, and internal stakeholders
