âą Perform interval duration and heart rate measurements on digital and paper ECGs according to established SOPs âą Analyze ECG waveforms, place digital calipers, and perform measurement adjustments using approved methodologies âą Use validated software to convert cardiac image files into XML and verify conversion accuracy âą Calibrate and scale PDF-based ECG records for accurate cardiac measurements âą Process cardiac safety data from continuous Holter recordings âą Extract protocol-specific 12-lead ECG time points and export XML files to designated databases âą Evaluate cardiac safety data for alert findings and escalate clinically significant observations âą Perform Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) processing activities âą Manage multiple workflows and prioritize assignments according to operational requirements and business priorities âą Participate in quality assurance programs demonstrating accuracy, precision, consistency, and repeatability âą Maintain compliance with SOPs, work instructions, regulatory requirements, and departmental standards âą Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and turnaround-time metrics âą Identify and report system or application performance issues through management and technical support channels âą Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives enhancing quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
âą Associate's degree, ECG certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required âą Strong knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and anatomy âą 1 to 2 years of experience in an ECG Core Laboratory, cardiac diagnostics environment, clinical research organization, or related healthcare setting âą Experience processing ECG, Holter, cardiac telemetry, or other cardiac safety data âą Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, Excel, and database systems âą Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems effectively âą Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities within a metrics-driven production environment âą Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality âą Strong verbal and written English communication skills âą Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while maintaining high individual productivity âą Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach to work âą Ability to work remotely from Costa Rica while maintaining productivity and quality expectations
