📋 Description

• Maintain project-specific tracking tools and dashboards for accurate internal and external reporting. • Coordinate clinical training activities, clinician assignments, and project-specific resource planning. • Support Clinical Scientists and project teams with project activities, deliverables, meetings, and communications. • Schedule and manage training sessions, meetings, and project-related events. • Manage communications and facilitate collaboration among sponsors, clinicians, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Communicate clinical deliverable and project milestone status to project teams. • Participate in kickoff, status, review, final deliverable, and other study-related meetings. • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and coordinate corrective activities. • Assess customer inquiries and determine when escalation is required. • Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, objectives, dependencies, and timelines. • Coordinate proactive problem resolution to support client and project team expectations. • Create and maintain project documentation, action plans, reports, training records, and communication logs. • Ensure clinical science deliverables meet scope, quality, timeline, and documentation requirements. • Recommend process improvements within the Clinical Science organization. • Support special projects and other leadership-directed assignments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting client-facing projects, programs, clinical trials, healthcare operations, or related business functions. • Experience working within a project team environment is preferred. • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate information and identify practical solutions. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English. • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. • Strong facilitation, coordination, and meeting management capabilities. • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration within cross-functional and global teams. • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach with a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.
