📋 Description

• Review and investigate data correction requests and discrepancies in accordance with established SOPs and work instructions • Process source data, resolutions, and revisions accurately across operational systems • Manage assigned work, prioritize requests, and support turnaround times and departmental performance goals • Maintain accurate and complete study documentation throughout the study lifecycle • File source documents and archive closed studies • Support data reconciliation activities and complete required database updates within sponsor-requested timelines • Collaborate with global Data Coordination and Data Management colleagues • Participate in study-related meetings • Contribute insights related to data quality and trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field preferred, or at least one year of related experience • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and investigate discrepancies • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across global teams • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Proficient data-entry and typing skills • Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving • Ability to apply previous learning to new situations and become increasingly independent • Continuous-improvement mindset • Willingness to identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
