âą Define and drive product vision and roadmap based on user needs, stakeholder input, and business priorities âą Gather, document, and prioritize product requirements through direct engagement with customers and cross-functional teams âą Collaborate with engineering to deliver product features, including contributing to requirements, UI concepts, and prototype reviews âą Monitor product performance using defined metrics and continuously improve quality and operational efficiency âą Support sales and marketing efforts through product demonstrations, training materials, and market research
đŻ Requirements
âą Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience âą Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles âą Experience working in medical imaging and understanding of clinical trial processes âą Proven ability to gather and translate business and user requirements into product solutions âą Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills âą Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority âą Experience contributing to product strategy, roadmap development, and execution âą Strong collaboration and team leadership capabilities
