📋 Description

• Optimize the entire user journey, focusing on user activation and the post-purchase lifecycle • Drive qualitative improvements and lead experimentation across a portfolio of white-hat mobile products • Focus on retention and lifetime value (LTV) • Develop and test user retention mechanics for long-term engagement • Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities to increase retention and engagement • Evaluate competitors, user needs, and market trends using product analytics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on funnel and product analytics • Implement data-driven strategies to improve overall performance • Use Tableau and the Data Lake to identify root causes, establish tracking control points, and automate reporting • Mentor teams, identify bottlenecks, find actionable insights, and set clear objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager/Owner/Retention Manager in B2C products with mobile applications • Experience with subscription monetization models, w2a, and Tier-1 products • Proven experience specifically working on user activation and retention mechanics • Deep understanding of operating in a highly performance-marketing-driven environment • Solid experience working with data, including conducting and analyzing A/B tests • Proven ability to analyze user feedback and the competitive environment • Practical experience with retention and engagement mechanics in mobile products • Strong team player with a proactive mindset and initiative • Data-driven approach and ownership mindset • Ability to demonstrate real-world case studies of recovering product metrics during crises • Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency • CV must be submitted in English
