📋 Description

• Monitor operational performance and generate predictive insights across portfolio and program levels. • Lead Planisware systems integration and enablement support in partnership with IT and vendors. • Build and maintain resource management and forecasting algorithms to enhance forecast consistency and transparency. • Develop and guide operational analytics products and data visualizations for effective reporting. • Assess and streamline the current analytics landscape to ensure alignment with decision-making needs. • Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and ensure effective knowledge transfer. • Collaborate cross-functionally to support systems integration efforts and ensure technology and analytics alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or relevant discipline (e.g., industrial engineering, operations research, data analytics) with 7+ years of experience in analytics, operations analytics, or business intelligence within biotech/pharma R&D; or Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience. • Demonstrated experience with Planisware (PPM) enablement and system integration support. • Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design. • Proficiency in SQL or modern data platforms; scripting knowledge (e.g., Python) is a plus. • Experience with resource management concepts and operational forecasting methods. • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
