📋 Description
• Develop and communicate a clear global product strategy and roadmap that balances innovation, market share expansion and profitability • Identify unmet customer needs, industry trends to shape long term growth opportunities • Drive execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of new products and enhancements • Monitor and optimize portfolio performance proactively delivering sales growth • Partner with global marketing, regional marketing, R&D, operations, and finance ensuring alignment from concept to commercialisation • Generate and present new product proposals and business cases for approval • Conduct in depth market research and competitive analyses to strengthen decision making • Build strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders to gain first hand market insight
🎯 Requirements
• PhD/Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences or related field • Significant experience within the Analytical Sample Preparations Market with exposure to customers, applications and underlying science/technology • Proven track record in product management/marketing including product planning, portfolio strategy, lifecycle management and successful product launches • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence inspiring cross functional teams • Initiative, ownership, accountability and fast, value based decision with risk management
