📋 Description

• Assist the Country Branch Manager in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve country-wide business objectives • Support the Country Branch Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all branches • Assist in driving sales performance across all branches to meet or exceed targets • Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of staff • Support efforts to ensure that all branches provide exceptional customer service • Assist in preparing reports on branch performance for senior management • Assume the responsibilities of the Country Branch Manager during their absence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industry • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proven track record in driving sales and improving operational efficiency • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements in the Philippines • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
