📋 Description

• Plan and manage projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverable quality • Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, removing impediments and engaging the team • Develop analytical performance reports and present them at regular stakeholder review meetings • Identify business scope and translate it into technical specifications, diagrams, and data models • Define implementation strategies for Java and Angular ecosystems, ensuring scalable and secure architecture • Resolve critical technical tickets and ensure stability in staging and production environments • Keep technical documentation up to date using UML, BPMN, and ER modeling • Ensure requirements traceability from discovery through final user acceptance testing • Promote transparency, visibility, and alignment among stakeholders • Optimize the delivery workflow by eliminating bottlenecks and increasing efficiency • Monitor bug and incident resolution, ensuring compliance with SLAs • Bridge the gap between technical and business discussions • Mediate conflicts and facilitate solutions to complex impediments

🎯 Requirements

• All academic backgrounds are welcome • Project planning and management, including deliverable management, deadline tracking, and schedule monitoring • Organization and facilitation of executive review meetings and presentation of status reports • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and PMBOK • Impediment management and facilitation • Preparation of Functional Specifications and User Stories • Strong experience with Java and Angular • Advanced SQL knowledge and familiarity with NoSQL • Knowledge of UML, BPMN, and systems modeling tools • Knowledge of Software Architecture, Information Security, and QA (Testing) • Tracking specifications and user acceptance testing processes • Knowledge of the pillars of Agile methodology • Certification in Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus
