📋 Description

• End-to-end work on digital products • Participate in the strategic design of the product by understanding market and customer needs • Gather and detail business, technical and functional requirements • Monitor technological implementation and product evolution over time • Ensure that deliveries are aligned with strategic objectives • The consultant works across all stages of the product lifecycle, not only in definition but also in execution and continuous improvement • Integration between business and technology areas • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams • Translate strategic demands into viable and scalable technical solutions • Facilitate communication across different areas, ensuring alignment • Definition and management of the product roadmap • Build and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing the highest-value initiatives • Balance short-term demands with a long-term strategic vision • Support decisions based on customer impact and business return • Creation of technical and functional artifacts • Prepare structured documentation to guide solution development and maintenance, such as: solution architecture diagrams, data dictionaries and data lineage, requirements documents (BRD, FRD, technical specifications) • Monitoring squads and agile execution • Participate in ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retrospective) • Manage and prioritize the product backlog • Validate deliveries with technical teams and stakeholders • Ensure cadence and quality in execution • Leadership of the technology and data front • Be responsible for communication with the client's IT areas • Support decisions related to architecture, data and integration • Ensure solutions meet the business needs • Application of methodologies and frameworks • Use hybrid approaches according to the project context: traditional (Waterfall) in structured projects, Agile (Scrum, Kanban) in iterative contexts, Design Thinking for discovery and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education completed: all degrees are welcome • Technology knowledge: • - Basic knowledge of systems architecture: APIs, microservices, integrations, cloud • - Data knowledge: data modeling, data dictionary and lineage, data quality and governance • - Reading and creating technical diagrams: solution architecture, system flows • - Understanding of the development lifecycle • - Familiarity with corporate technology environments • Digital Product Management: Product management concepts, product lifecycle, discovery vs delivery, roadmap definition, backlog management and prioritization, writing requirements (business and functional), defining KPIs and product metrics, focus on value delivery and user experience • Business Knowledge (Financial Services): Understanding of the financial ecosystem: banks, fintechs, acquirers, payment methods, insurance; knowledge of financial products: core banking, operations (credit, digital accounts, payments, etc.); awareness of regulations (e.g., Central Bank, Open Finance, LGPD/General Data Protection Law, Federal Revenue); ability to analyze business models and value generation • Methodologies and Frameworks: Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban; traditional methodologies: Waterfall; innovation approaches: Design Thinking; experience in hybrid projects (agile + traditional) • Analysis and Structuring: Analytical ability to solve complex problems, structure ambiguous requirements, produce requirements documents (BRD, FRD), executive presentations (PowerPoint) • Stakeholder Management: Communication skills with business areas, technical teams, and executives; negotiation and prioritization ability; alignment across different interests; acting as a translator between business and technology.
