📋 Description

•This dynamic VIP Manager role offers you the opportunity to represent our brand at the highest level, manage one-on-one relationships with our VIP player portfolio, and develop data-driven strategies using your analytical thinking skills; •This role involves not only individual customer management but also contributes to growth activities focused on targets (KPIs); •You will be part of a results-driven and highly motivated team where you can take initiative and make an impact; •Build long-term relationships with VIP members, increasing brand loyalty and user satisfaction; •Proactively communicate with members, anticipate their needs, and offer proactive solutions; •Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brand value; •Analyze user behavior to generate insights and prepare action plans accordingly; •Manage your time efficiently based on your member portfolio and adapt to flexible working hours; •Be familiar with team collaboration and manage processes together with other teams.

🎯 Requirements

•Strong communication and persuasion skills; preferably experience in sales, marketing, or similar fields; •Self-discipline to adapt to remote and flexible working conditions; •Proactive and result-oriented work habits; •Proficiency in data analysis tools, especially Power BI; able to derive insights from data and develop strategies; •Ability to maintain high confidentiality and professionalism regarding player data, brand strategies, and company information, adhering to information security principles (a confidentiality agreement will be signed); •Minimum A2 level of English; •At least 1 year of experience in your current department.
