📋 Description

• Responsible for assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing sealant systems • Work as part of a team under the direction of a Working Project Manager or Foreman • Assist with installation of roofing sealant and coating systems • Prepare roof surfaces by cleaning, drying, and setting up materials • Apply coatings and sealants according to company and manufacturer standards • Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and correctly • Perform basic repairs and maintenance as directed • Load and unload materials and equipment • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites • Follow daily work plans and instructions from supervisors • Assist with setup and breakdown of job sites • Follow all company and OSHA safety policies • Wear required personal protective equipment at all times • Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately • Perform work with attention to detail and quality • Communicate jobsite issues or concerns to leadership • Represent EverSeal Roofing professionally on every jobsite

🎯 Requirements

• Construction, roofing, or trade experience preferred but not required • Willingness to learn roofing sealant systems and jobsite procedures • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team • Strong attendance and reliability • Valid driver’s license preferred
