📋 Description

• Manage and actively participate in commercial roofing projects from start to finish • Lead crews in the field ensuring installation techniques are followed • Perform roof inspections and assist with project scoping • Plan and manage assigned projects from start to completion • Coordinate materials, equipment, and supply runs • Monitor job progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met • Complete required project documentation and reporting • Serve as the primary field contact for customers during project execution • Enforce all company and OSHA safety standards • Conduct daily safety checks and jobsite inspections

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in construction, roofing, or a skilled trade • Minimum of 1 year of leadership or crew supervision experience • Roofing or commercial coating experience preferred but not required • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage people and projects simultaneously • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Ability to pass background and driving record checks if required
