📋 Description
• Du automatisierst und optimierst unsere E-Commerce-Prozesse mit KI und trägst aktiv dazu bei, manuelle Abläufe in skalierbare, automatisierte Systeme zu überführen. • Dabei arbeitest du an Lösungen, die direkt im Unternehmen eingesetzt werden und einen spürbaren Impact auf unsere täglichen Prozesse haben. • Automatisierung von Bestell-, Abwicklungs- und Datenprozessen • Aufbau von Workflows mit AI-Tools, Make, APIs • Optimierung der Systeme rund um Shopify & Channable • Entwicklung von Lösungen, die Zeit sparen und Fehler reduzieren • Analyse und Automatisierung operativer Prozesse (z. B. Support, Administration oder Logistik)
🎯 Requirements
• Interesse an KI, Automation und digitalen Prozessen • Denkst in Systemen und Lösungen • Selbstständig, hands-on, umsetzungsstark • Google Workspace (v.a. Sheets/Excel) • Nice to have: Make / Shopify / APIs / Datenverständnis
