📋 Description

• Inspektion von Regalanlagen bei unseren Kunden in In- und evtl. Ausland • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Inspekteuren und ADM • Technische Bearbeitung und Klärung von Kundenanfragen • Up-/Cross Selling von BITO-Produkten bei Kundenterminen • Durchführung von Wartungen an PROmotion, PROmobile und LEO inklusive leichten Serviceeinsätzen • Reklamationsbearbeitung und Problemlösungsfindung

🎯 Requirements

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder Mechatroniker (m/w/d) mit einer Weiterbildung zur Elektrofachkraft • Alternativ eine Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker (m/w/d); die Weiterbildung zur Elektrofachkraft bietet der Arbeitgeber an • Erfahrung bei der Durchführung von Wartungs- und Servicearbeiten von Vorteil • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Bereitschaft zu umfangreichen Reisetätigkeiten • Selbstständigkeit, Organisationstalent und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
