📋 Description

• Lead client discovery on source systems, data structures, field mappings, business rules, and integration requirements • Design and run end-to-end migrations into Creatio, including staging, transformation, validation, loading, sequencing, and cutover • Map entities, keys, dependencies, and parent-child relationships across source and target systems • Build and support synchronization between databases, applications, and CRM platforms, including full and incremental loads, upserts, change tracking, conflict handling, and rollback • Cleanse, normalize, deduplicate, enrich, and reconcile data • Validate data completeness and accuracy after each load • Document mappings, transformation rules, assumptions, and validation criteria • Troubleshoot issues across database, integration, and application layers • Own work from analysis through development, testing, validation, and post-deployment support • Collaborate with customers, analysts, developers, and QA while also working independently

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Experience in data migration, data integration, database development, or data engineering • Creatio experience, including its data model, core entities, and integration patterns, strongly preferred • Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar CRM experience highly valued • Experience with CRM entities and source systems including accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, products, activities, cases, MS Dynamics, Business Central, and spreadsheets • Strong relational database and data modeling knowledge • Hands-on MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL experience • Advanced SQL querying, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregations, and validation queries • Experience with database objects including views, stored procedures, functions, indexes, and triggers • ETL/ELT pipelines and SSIS packages • REST APIs, OData, and common integration patterns • Strong JSON skills and familiarity with CSV, XML, spreadsheets, and flat files • Git or Bitbucket and Agile delivery using Jira • Secure handling of sensitive business data • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Confidence in client-facing discussions about architecture, scope, risks, and synchronization approach • Willingness to ask clarifying questions and challenge unclear assumptions • Proactive problem-solving and strong attention to detail • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and environments • Python for data processing, validation, reconciliation, and automation • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, data lakes, and medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) • C# for integration services, backend utilities, and migration tools (nice to have) • Ability to build reusable scripts that improve consistency and reduce manual effort (nice to have) • Practical use of AI for mapping analysis, SQL drafting, transformation review, reconciliation, and documentation, with careful validation of outputs (nice to have)
