âą Keep the marketing team on track: follow up on deliverables, flag delays, push for strategic focus over reactive work âą Build and maintain marketing trackers/systems âą Co-develop marketing strategy and priorities âą Turn marketing goals into clear plans and priorities the team can execute âą Coordinate handoffs between marketing, sales, and any other relevant Dashlabs teams âą Possibly assist with DASHCON (November) pre-event coordination and logistics âą Potential for conversion to paid part-time or full-time role based on performance and company needs
đŻ Requirements
âą Strong organizational skills: can build structure from scratch, not just maintain it âą Proven leadership experience is a strong plus âą Strategic thinker âą Comfortable with Google Sheets for building systems âą Direct communicator, firm without being adversarial âą Able to commit 3-6 months minimum, remote - but may require occasional on-site clinic visits within NCR
