• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role is desirable • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms and software. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently. • Experience working for an online business is preferred.
