📋 Description

• Lead the full interior design process—from initial concept and space planning to final execution • Present design proposals to clients, consultants, and stakeholders with confidence and clarity • Oversee and mentor a design team responsible for producing detailed drawings and project documents • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure projects meet design intent, quality standards, and timelines • Review, refine, and approve design outputs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals • Maintain strong design standards while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to every project

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of **10 years** of professional experience in interior design • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end project ownership • Proven ability to manage and mentor a design team • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Proficient in **Revit**, **SketchUp**, and **AutoCAD** (non-negotiable—your software game has to be strong) • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
