📋 Description
• Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and existing systems to determine the scope and objectives of Zoho implementation. • Analyze business processes, workflows, and data structures to identify opportunities for optimization and automation using Zoho products. • Design customized solutions utilizing Zoho's suite of products to address specific business needs, such as CRM, finance, HR, project management, and more. • Lead the implementation process, ensuring smooth deployment of Zoho systems within client organizations. • Integrate Zoho systems with existing software applications, databases, and third-party tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and workflow automation. • Provide comprehensive training sessions and workshops to educate client users on how to utilize Zoho systems for their respective roles effectively and tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in implementing and configuring Zoho systems, with expertise in one or more Zoho products (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk). • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to translate client requirements into effective system solutions. • Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and scripting within Zoho Creator, Deluge, or other relevant platforms. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
