• NodeJSを用いた高品質なバックエンドシステムの開発（ベストプラクティスの遵守） • ReactJS／NextJSを用いた高品質なフロントエンドアプリケーションの開発（ベストプラクティスの遵守） • 本番環境の安定性を確保し、重大な問題を迅速に解決して業務への影響を最小化 • 既存コードを分析し、改善・最適化の機会を特定 • 変更要求に効率良く対応し、クロスファンクショナルチームを支援 • ジュニア開発者へのメンター・指導を通じてベストプラクティスを浸透 • ピアのプルリクエストをレビューし、コード品質と一貫性を維持

🎯 Requirements

• コンピュータサイエンス、ソフトウェアエンジニアリング、ITまたは関連分野の学士号（アルゴリズムとデータ構造の確かな基礎を有すること） • ソフトウェアエンジニアとして3年以上の実務経験 • NodeJS、NestJS、ExpressJS、GraphQL、Postmanなどのバックエンド開発技術に精通 • ReactJS、NextJS、Styled-componentsなどのフロントエンド開発技術に精通 • MongoDBおよびMySQLなどのデータベース管理経験 • Selenium、Cypress、Puppeteerなどを用いた自動化ワークフローに関する知識 • 自主的にプログラミングし、課題を解決する情熱
