• 제품, 데이터, 엔지니어링 팀과 협업하여 ML 목표 및 기술 전략을 수립 • 개인화, 자동화, 인사이트 생성을 위한 머신러닝 모델을 설계·구축·배포 • 데이터 전처리, 피처 엔지니어링, 모델 학습, 평가, 배포 등 전체 ML 수명 주기 관리 • 확장 가능한 ML 인프라 및 배포 파이프라인 구축 • ML 출력 결과를 사용자 중심 제품 및 백엔드 시스템에 통합 • 최신 AI/ML 트렌드를 파악하고, 이를 실제 스택에 적용 • 프로덕션 ML 시스템의 디버깅, 테스트, 성능 최적화 지원

🎯 Requirements

• 컴퓨터공학, 데이터과학, 엔지니어링 등 관련 기술 전공 학사 또는 석사 학위 • Python에 대한 높은 숙련도가 반드시 필요합니다 • 머신러닝 또는 백엔드 소프트웨어 개발 분야에서 2~4년의 경력 • Python에 능숙하며, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn 등 프레임워크 경험 • 데이터 전처리, 모델 설계, 튜닝, 평가 등 ML 워크플로우에 대한 탄탄한 이해 • 모델 배포, API 개발, 실무 통합 경험 • Google Colab, Jupyter, 클라우드 기반 ML 플랫폼 사용 경험 • 뛰어난 분석력, 문제 해결 능력, 커뮤니케이션 역량 • 한국에 거주하며, 시차를 고려한 원격 협업이 가능한 분
