📋 Description

• Build and evolve Android applications that power BJAK's insurance and financial products. • Contribute to features leveraging automation and AI-assisted capabilities to improve user experience and operational efficiency. • Part of a global engineering team working across multiple countries to build reliable, scalable native mobile systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of native Android development experience using Kotlin. • Strong experience building and shipping production Android applications. • Solid understanding of Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Coroutines, Flow and modern Android architecture patterns (MVVM/Clean Architecture). • Strong knowledge of Android lifecycle, performance optimization and native platform best practices. • Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues. • Comfortable working independently in a distributed remote engineering team. • High ownership, fast execution and strong attention to engineering quality. • GitHub, Google Play links or examples of shipped native Android applications are highly preferred.
