• Lead the creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and marketing materials • Evolve and strengthen BJAK’s brand identity, ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium execution across all touchpoints • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work that drives results • Design for diverse audiences — consumers, partners, and internal teams • Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines and visual standards • Mentor junior designers and guide creative execution across projects • Report directly to the Creative Manager and contribute to the overall brand direction
• 5–8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling and visual excellence • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Experience with motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro • Experience or interest in AI tools for design ideation and production • Strong command of layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency • Ability to mentor designers and collaborate cross-functionally • Nice to Have: Experience designing performance marketing or campaign visuals • Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX • Familiarity with design systems, templates, and brand libraries
