📋 Description

• Drive strategic execution across finance super app priorities. • Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking and accountability. • Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations. • Prepare concise decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans and performance reviews. • Identify gaps, risks and dependencies before they become serious blockers. • Help leadership make sharper trade-offs on people, capital, product and market priorities. • Own special projects that require senior judgement and cross-functional authority.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong operator with experience driving strategic execution across teams. • Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization and follow-through. • Able to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams and senior external stakeholders. Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance. • Can go from high-level strategy to detailed execution without losing quality. • Strong writing, business analysis and problem-solving skills. • Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services or regional expansion is a strong advantage.
