📋 Description

• Own BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms • Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visuals and messaging • Develop creative concepts and campaigns that connect with users and drive growth • Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, product, and more • Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators • Set a high standard for creativity, execution, and quality under tight deadlines • Review and approve creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy • Build and manage creative workflows balancing speed, quality, and scalability • Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams to execute key campaigns • Use data to iterate, optimize, and scale high-performing creative • Stay updated on industry and creative trends to keep BJAK relevant and fresh

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in creative, brand, or design leadership • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns • Deep understanding of design, branding, and digital content strategy • Proven experience leading creative teams and providing actionable, inspiring feedback • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and production workflows • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills • Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.
