• Strong generalist with high ownership • Able to learn new industries, regulations and markets quickly • Comfortable working on licensing, partnerships, operations, market research and execution • Can turn messy inputs into clear plans and follow-through • Strong English communication and structured thinking • Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing or founder-led environments is a strong advantage
