📋 Description

• Build and ship production-grade machine learning models for high-impact use cases • Contribute to model architecture, data pipeline design, and deployment strategies • Collaborate across engineering, data, and product teams to drive AI initiatives • Support the full ML lifecycle — from data preprocessing and model training to monitoring in production • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code • Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI/ML, and contribute ideas to improve our systems and workflows • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions with peers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with real-world deployment experience • Strong proficiency in Python is a must • Familiar with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn • Solid understanding of machine learning workflows, from data preprocessing to model evaluation • Experience working on applied AI use cases (e.g., recommendation systems, fraud detection, risk scoring, NLP, etc.) • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with regional teams • Based in Singapore (Singaporean citizen) with Remote working set up
