• Own HR operations across the global employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding • Build and improve HR processes, policies, and SOPs that can scale across multiple countries • Oversee global HR systems, employee records, reporting, and data governance • Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, employment documentation, and statutory compliance with local partners and EOR providers where applicable • Ensure HR operations remain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready across all locations • Improve operational efficiency through process redesign, automation, and system improvements • Lead and develop the HR Operations function while partnering with leadership to support global expansion
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration • Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or regions • Strong understanding of global HR operations, employment documentation, payroll coordination, HR systems, and compliance • Experience building and improving HR processes in a fast-growing company • Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail • Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with process improvement • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work across different countries, cultures, and time zones
