• Create engaging, high-quality brand materials that clearly reflect BJAK’s visual identity. • Shape and evolve BJAK’s brand system, ensuring consistency across all marketing and product surfaces. • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to execute cohesive brand experiences. • Design for diverse audiences—consumers, partners, internal teams—and adapt the brand voice accordingly. • Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines, ensuring strong craft and consistency in all outputs. • Deliver fast, thoughtful design work that supports both long-term brand growth and immediate business goals. • Report directly to the Creative Manager, contributing creative and strategic input to overall brand direction.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or similar roles. • A strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, consistency, and high-quality execution. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro). • Interest or experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows. • Ability to work quickly, manage iterations, and deliver under tight timelines.
